Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions 

According to terms, gift vouchers are redeemable for services and products sold at La Bella Cosmetic Surgery’s personal office location (2060 Aborn Road, Suite 230, San Jose, CA 95121). We do not charge any fees against the unused balance of La Bella Cosmetic Surgery Gift Vouchers. La Bella Cosmetic Surgery Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the purchase date.

1. Redemption Terms

Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the La Bella Cosmetic Surgery Gift Voucher. These terms ensure the value remains non-refundable and non-transferable to cash.

2. Refunds

We do not permit refunds for vouchers.
